Withdrawing Funds
The Manchester United Betting site is brought to you in partnership with Betfred.com. For this reason, all of the terms and conditions listed on this page are those of Betfred.com and any queries or questions should be directed to Betfred.com.
All withdrawals (including NETeller and Moneybookers) can be subject to standard security checks and can take up to 48 hours to be processed. Before a withdrawal is authorised, we reserve the right to ask for:
- A faxed copy of the front and back of the debit card.
- Utility bill.
- A copy of a valid passport, driver's license or identity card.
- Where a deposit has been made by card this must be the same as the name that you used to register with the site.

Will anything show on my bank statement?
When you make a deposit or withdrawal with Betfred.com your transactions will show on your bank statement. These transactions will either show as Betfred or Petfre.

How to Withdraw Funds Using your Debit Card
- Log in to your account and click on the Withdraw link. If you deposited funds by UK Debit Card you can withdraw some or all of your balance by making an online withdrawal straight back to your card.
- Select how much you wish to have paid back into your bank account, and we will credit the card which you used to deposit the funds.
- Once a withdrawal request has been received the funds will be transferred by us at the end of business that day. The funds may take about three days to reach your bank account due to standard bank clearance procedures.
If you have used a UK issued debit card as your method of deposit, all withdrawals will be credited to the debit card account which was used for the original deposit. Before a withdrawal is made, Betfred.com reserve the right to ask for:

Non-UK Residents
Non-UK residents using debit cards may also be asked to comply with the following authorisation procedure.

We also reserve the right to receive a completed and signed authorisation statement for each deposit made. UK Issued Mastercard and Visa
If you have used a UK issued credit card as your method of deposit, all withdrawals will be credited to the credit card account which was used for the original deposit. Before a withdrawal is made, we reserve the right to ask for:

Non-UK Issued Credit Cards
Visa
We cannot process any withdrawals back to Visa cards issued in Colombia, Venezuela, USA, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Korea or Japan. If your card is issued in any of these countries, we will process your withdrawal by cheque or bank wire transfer. Cheques and bank wires will only be issued to the name used to register your account with us. Customers will have to provide us with documentation before any alternate method can be used to return funds:
- A copy of the front and back of the card used to deposit funds.
- A copy of your passport and/or driver’s licence (with photograph).
- A utility bill detailing the full name and address.
- A signed copy of the Credit Card Authorisation Form (download from the link below).

Mastercard
We cannot process any withdrawals to an International Mastercard. If you deposited funds using an International Mastercard, we will process your withdrawal by cheque or bank wire transfer. Cheques and bank wires will only be issued to the name used to register your account with us. Customers will have to provide us with documentation before any alternate method can be used to return funds:
- A copy of the front and back of the card used to deposit funds.
- A copy of your passport and/or driver’s licence (with photograph).
- A utility bill detailing the full name and address.

NETeller can be used at Manchester United Betting by all customers except those residing in USA, Canada, Israel and Turkey. NETeller (1-Pay) is specifically for customers located in China. By registering and making deposits via NETeller 1-Pay customers can instantly fund their NETeller (1-Pay) account using a local Chinese debit card.
All customers who have used NETeller as their method of deposit will have their winnings paid back to their NETeller account. Manchester United Betting do not charge customers for withdrawals to their NETeller account, providing that deposits have been played through at least once. All other withdrawals will be subject to a 2% fee.
How to Withdraw Funds Using NETeller
To make a withdrawal using NETeller, select Funds Transfer on the withdrawal section of My Account and follow the on-screen instructions.

- The amount you wish to withdraw.
- Your NETeller account number.
- Your Betfred.com account number.

How to Withdraw Funds Using PayPal
To make a withdrawal, select ‘Withdraw funds’ from the ‘My Account’ menu on this website, click on the button next to ‘PayPal’, and submit the amount to you wish to withdraw. Your request will be processed within 24 hours of being made subject to satisfactory completion of security checks.

All customers who have used Moneybookers as their method of deposit will have their winnings paid back to their Moneybookers account.
To make a withdrawal, select ‘Withdraw funds’ from the ‘My Account’ menu on this website. If you have more than one method for withdrawal active on your account, make sure you select ‘Moneybookers wallet’ by clicking on the button next to it. Enter your Manchester United Betting password and the amount of money you wish to withdraw then click the ‘Withdraw’ button.
If the transaction limit is validated the payment is sent to our finance team for processing. An authorisation message will appear confirming the funds have been withdrawn.
All withdrawals from your account to your Moneybookers account are free of charge.
Prohibited Jurisdictions
Moneybookers do not allow payments for gaming transactions from citizens or residents of the following countries:

Customers should be aware that some international banks may make additional charges to the account holder on certain transfers. We cannot be held responsible for these charges. Customers are advised to consult with their bank to find out any additional costs before requesting withdrawals from their Manchester United betting accounts.

If you have used BTS as the method of deposit, you can make a withdrawal either by cheque or by bank wire.

You are able to make withdrawals from your telephone or Internet account via Betfred shops.
Withdrawals can be made from shops subject to the following conditions:
- You can only use a shop to withdraw funds if you have used a shop to deposit funds.
- You must take a form of photographic ID into the shop when withdrawing the funds.
- Withdrawals under £250 can be collected from shop on day of request, subject to shop having the required funds at the time the request is made.
- 48 hours notice is required for any withdrawal requests over £250.
You will need to call Customer Service on 0800 03 20 878 within the shop opening/closing times of 10.00am – 9.30pm, and request a withdrawal specifying the location of the shop you wish to withdraw from, the amount of the withdrawal and the date and time you wish to withdraw the funds. Customer Service will then contact the shop and arrange the withdrawal. The withdrawal amount is then removed from your account pending the withdrawal.
On collection, the shop manager needs to contact Customer Service for authorisation of the withdrawal. For security reasons, Customer Service will call the shop back with authorisation.
