BetfredLotto Rules

• Betfredlotto is the name used by Betfred for fixed odds betting on the results of lotteries from around the world. Customers playing Betfredlotto games, do so subject to Betfred's General Rules.
  *Betfred 'Super Bonuses' do not count on lottery bets.
• The maximum payout to any one customer is £100,000, or currency equivalent on any one national lottery draw and £150,000 on 49's. subject to fluctuation.
• In order for Number bets to be valid, you must have received a bet confirmation on your screen. All Numbers Bets on a specific draw must be placed (and confirmed by us) at least 15 minutes before the first number in that draw is drawn. Any Bet accepted after this time will be void and stakes returned, win or lose, unless we are satisfied that the Bet was placed before the draw started. We accept no responsibility for bets not placed or confirmed in time, for whatever reason. All dates and times displayed on Betfred's Lottery and 49's pages are in UK time. Draw dates and times displayed on the bet confirmation are in UK time.
• All bets placed are based on the number of balls drawn of the respective lotteries. Unless otherwise specified, 'bonus balls', 'extra balls' etc do not count. For example, for the inclusion of the bonus ball in the Irish Lotto, the 7 number draw must be selected and thus odds will vary.
• Unless you specify a particular draw(s) or date, valid Numbers Bets will always be settled on the next draw to take place. Subject to the following, if you specify a particular draw day(s), and choose to enter your selection/s in multiple draws on that day(s) (but on different dates), our valid Numbers Bets will only be placed in draws on the day(s) you specify, and for the number of consecutive draws you select. If, for any reason, 2 or more draws take place on the same day/date, unless otherwise specified and subject to the paragraph below, valid Numbers Bets will be placed on the main (or, in the event of any dispute, the first) draw to take place on that day/date. If an additional draw for a particular national lottery is introduced after a valid Lottery Bet has been placed, such advance Lottery Bet will not stand against that additional draw unless the date and time of that additional draw was specifically recorded against the Lottery Bet when it was placed. Therefore, if you choose your Lottery Bet to be valid for the next 6 draws, your Lottery Bets will stand against the next 6 draws specified and dated on your bet confirmation irrespective of any additional draws subsequently a dded by a national lottery.
• If for any reason a draw does not take place or no draw (i.e. result) is published or officially announced, all valid Numbers Bets on that draw will stand for the next available draw(s) unless cancelled by mutual consent before such next available draw(s). If for any reason a draw is postponed and is rescheduled to another time, all valid Lottery Bets on that draw will stand for the rescheduled draw(s) unless cancelled by mutual consent before such rescheduled draw(s).
• Lottery/Numbers bets cannot be combined with any other betting event, nor may two or more lottery draws be combined together.
• All draw times on Betfredlotto are displayed in UK local time. If betting from a different time zone it is the customers' responsibility to check the time of the specified lottery draw.
